How was Dorik born?

It took Indranil a few trips around the globe and countless meetings and visits to finally narrow down to INDOBREW, as their primary consultant for the upcoming project. The journey started with a dream in 2017, and 5 years later after multiple lockdowns, roadblocks, design changes, recipe modifications, expected and unexpected highs and lows, finally DORIK will be unveiled soon in 2022. We are on track for completion of all equipment fabrication and licensing. At present the ARIN HOTELS AND BEVERAGES, parent concern of DORIK brand will be setting up their first brewery and a packaged water plant right on National Highway 129, in a developing business drink with proper Local and state govt accreditation. Strategically placed with great connectivity and superb high-quality natural water reserve, the brewery will be signature project for the Golaghat district of Assam.

With approx 3 million liters of production capacity in bottles (330/650 ml) the brewery also has plans to introduce an imported canning line along with centrifuge systems for craft style beers in near future.

4. Team- Highly skilled team of professionals with over 20 years experience from the brewery and beverage industries will assist and guide you to make the best customised recipes to suit your budget.

Marketing- with an existing packaged drinking water unit in the premise, DORIK will help brands with surrogate marketing by promoting non alcoholic beverages in open market for better brand recall value. DORIK also plans to expand this system to upcoming encompass other RTD water based beverages like tonic water, copper water, mineral water, sparkling water, flavoured water, alkaline water, etc in near future for premium markets.

Beer and Alcoholic beverages- In addition to diverse range of Lager ( Strong and Mild) and Craft beer styles ( Ales, Blondes, Wheat beers, etc) the DORIK brewery will also be flexible and capable to manufacture other alcoholic beverages like Seltzer, Ciders and Perry. In future, DORIK also plans to enter more niche and yet rapidly growing segments like Non-alcoholic Beer, Low calorie beer, etc. DORIK also has plans to foray into premium IMFL(Indian Made Foreign Liquor, e.g. Premium Whiskey, Rum and Vodka) and have also been discussing a Brewery with higher manufacturing capacities in upcoming years.
